Welcome to ChronoFig.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChronoFig website, products, customization services, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

Throughout these Terms, "ChronoFig," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the ChronoFig online store.

By visiting our website, placing an order, uploading photos, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

1. Online Store Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you provide photographs or other personal information relating to a minor, you represent that you are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise have appropriate permission to provide those materials for the requested customization.

You may not use our website, products, or Services:

  • For any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

  • To violate applicable laws or regulations

  • To infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights

  • To upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code

  • To interfere with the security or operation of our website

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, intellectual property concerns, safety, technical limitations, or violations of these Terms.

2. Custom Products

ChronoFig specializes in personalized products created according to customer-provided photos, reference materials, and customization instructions.

Because each customized product is individually designed and produced, it may differ from standard mass-produced merchandise.

Your order may involve customization of details such as:

  • Facial features

  • Hairstyle

  • Clothing

  • Pose

  • Accessories

  • Character quantity

  • Pets

  • Colors

  • Bases

  • Size

  • Other selected design options

You are responsible for reviewing your selections and providing accurate customization information before submitting your order.

3. Customer Photos and Reference Materials

When you upload photos, images, customization notes, or other reference materials, you retain any rights you may have in those materials.

You grant ChronoFig a limited right to use the submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Process your order

  • Create your 3D design

  • Prepare previews

  • Make requested revisions

  • Produce your customized product

  • Perform quality control

  • Provide customer support

  • Resolve order-related issues

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful authority to provide all photographs and materials submitted to us.

This includes photographs of:

  • Yourself

  • Family members

  • Friends

  • Children

  • Pets

  • Clothing

  • Artwork

  • Logos

  • Other protected or identifiable content

ChronoFig may refuse customization requests that we reasonably believe violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

We will not intentionally use identifiable customer photos or personalized designs for public advertising, social media, portfolio displays, or other promotional purposes without separate permission.

4. 3D Design and Preview Confirmation

For customized figurines, the design process generally begins after we receive the necessary photos, order information, and customization details.

Digital and AI-assisted tools may be used during parts of the initial design process. However, models may also require professional review, adjustment, refinement, and preparation by our 3D design team before production.

3D Design & Confirmation

Estimated time:

3–5 business days

Where applicable, we will provide a 3D preview for your confirmation before physical production begins.

You should carefully review important visible details, including:

  • Hairstyle

  • Facial appearance

  • Clothing

  • Colors

  • Accessories

  • Pose

  • Character arrangement

  • Other customization details

If adjustments are needed, please notify us during the preview confirmation stage.

Customer-requested revisions or delays in responding to the preview may extend the overall processing time.

5. Approved Designs and Finished Products

The approved 3D preview is the primary design reference used for production.

We aim to reproduce the approved design as closely as reasonably possible.

However, because a digital preview is converted into a physical 3D printed product, minor differences may occur in:

  • Color

  • Surface texture

  • Fine details

  • Finish

  • Small dimensions

  • Material appearance

Colors may also appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, device displays, and the characteristics of the physical printing material.

Minor variations that are inherent to the 3D printing and finishing process are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.

If the finished product differs significantly from the approved design, please contact us so we can review the issue.

6. Orders, Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Price changes will not normally affect orders that have already been successfully placed and confirmed.

Available:

  • Payment methods

  • Currencies

  • Payment providers

  • Financing or accelerated checkout options

are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your country, region, device, or payment provider.

We may accept major credit or debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods made available through checkout.

If your payment method uses a currency different from the checkout currency, your bank or payment provider may apply:

  • Currency conversion

  • Exchange-rate adjustments

  • International transaction fees

  • Other financial institution charges

These charges are determined by your payment provider and are outside ChronoFig's control.

We reserve the right to verify, decline, or cancel transactions reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, pricing errors, or other irregularities.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because ChronoFig products are personalized, cancellation and modification options depend on how far your order has progressed.

Within 2 Hours of Ordering

You may request a cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placing your order without a customization fee, provided design or production work has not already begun.

After the 2-Hour Period

Once customization or design work has begun, cancellation requests may be subject to a 30% customization fee to cover work, design resources, and other non-recoverable costs already incurred.

After Production Begins

Once the final design has been approved and physical production has begun, cancellation or major customization changes may no longer be possible.

This does not limit any rights you may have where ChronoFig has supplied an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially non-conforming product.

8. Production Time

After the final 3D design is confirmed, the figurine enters physical production.

Estimated production time:

5 business days

Production time may vary depending on:

  • Product complexity

  • Order quantity

  • Customization requirements

  • Quality-control requirements

  • Holidays

  • Peak seasons

  • Equipment or production conditions

If a product does not meet our internal quality standards, additional production time may occasionally be required.

9. Shipping and Delivery

ChronoFig ships to many countries and regions worldwide.

Estimated Transit Time

7–15 business days after shipment

For certain international destinations, remote areas, or customs-sensitive regions, shipping may take longer.

The overall estimated timeframe for a typical order is:

3D Design & Confirmation: 3–5 business days
Production: 5 business days
Shipping: 7–15 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time: approximately 15–25 business days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Customer approval delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Public holidays

  • Peak sales periods

  • Weather

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Remote destinations

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

10. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will normally be provided through email or our website.

Tracking systems are maintained by third-party carriers, and updates may occasionally be delayed.

Tracking information should therefore be treated as the latest information provided by the carrier rather than guaranteed real-time location information.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

11. Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order.

Before shipment, address changes may be possible.

Please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Original shipping address

  • Corrected shipping address

Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify the destination.

If a package is lost, delayed, returned, or considered undeliverable because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, refund or replacement eligibility may be limited.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing checkout.

12. International Orders, Customs and Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs procedures may also affect delivery times.

ChronoFig does not control customs processing or fees imposed by governmental authorities.

13. Returns, Refunds and Quality Issues

Because personalized products are made specifically according to customer photos and customization instructions, returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons are generally not accepted.

Examples may include:

  • No longer wanting the product

  • Selecting the wrong size

  • Selecting the wrong base

  • Selecting the wrong packaging

  • Changing personal preferences after production

  • Minor differences inherent to 3D printing

However, if you receive a product that is:

  • Incorrect

  • Significantly damaged during shipping

  • Affected by a significant manufacturing defect

  • Materially different from the approved design

We may request:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Packaging photographs

  • Other reasonable information needed to review the issue

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include repair, replacement, remake, refund, or another remedy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Product Care and Normal Variations

ChronoFig figurines are decorative personalized products.

Please avoid:

  • Strong impact or pressure

  • Excessive heat

  • Prolonged direct sunlight

  • Excessive moisture

  • Contact with substances that may stain or damage the surface

  • Improper cleaning methods

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

Slight variations in color, texture, finish, or fine detail may occur due to material and production characteristics.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the ChronoFig website and its original content—including:

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Website design

  • Product photography

  • Illustrations

  • Videos

  • Original 3D designs

  • Promotional materials

are owned by or licensed to ChronoFig and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use website content only for personal, non-commercial purposes related to browsing or purchasing our products.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or commercially exploit ChronoFig content without prior permission.

Customer-provided photographs remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

16. Reviews, Feedback and Customer Submissions

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, feedback, or other content intended for public posting, you grant ChronoFig permission to display and use that submitted content for operating and promoting our Services, subject to applicable law.

This does not automatically give ChronoFig permission to publicly use private photos uploaded solely for product customization.

You are responsible for ensuring that publicly submitted content does not:

  • Violate another person's rights

  • Contain unlawful material

  • Contain malicious code

  • Misrepresent your identity

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or provide access to third-party services, including:

  • Shipping carriers

If a material pricing or product-information error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfillment to explain the issue and provide appropriate options.

Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

19. Prohibited Uses

This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded for matters such as fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or certain personal injuries caused by negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChronoFig will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or Services where such liability may legally be limited.

For consumer purchases, nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights that cannot be waived or excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from:
