Each ChronoFig figurine is custom-made based on your photos and selected options. Estimated delivery times include both design/production and shipping.

Production: 5 business days
Shipping: 7–15 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 15–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity, destination, customs clearance, holidays, or peak promotional periods.
Order Processing
Production begins after we receive all required photos and customization details.
For custom orders, we may provide a 3D preview for confirmation before printing. Customer-requested revisions or delays in approval may extend the processing time.
Once the design is confirmed, your figurine will enter production and be prepared for shipment.
Shipping
United States: Typically 7–15 business days after shipment.
International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing. Most international orders arrive within approximately 10–20 business days after shipment.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Important Notes
Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Expedited shipping may not be available for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us. We will assist you in communicating with the carrier and resolving the issue whenever possible.
International Shipping
ChronoFig ships to many countries and regions worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the destination and available shipping methods.
Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country may be the responsibility of the recipient.
