Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Logistics and Transportation Time
Regular custom orders will be completed and shipped within 7 business days. Delivery times after shipment for orders within the United States are as follows:
- Continental United States: 9-15 business days
- International Orders: Depends on destination (usually 15-25 business days)
Note: Production time may be extended during statutory holidays and promotional seasons.
Order Processing Standards
All 3D portraits are custom-made pieces. Processing time varies depending on the complexity of the craftsmanship:
- Regular styles: Orders placed before 23:00 will be shipped the same day.
- Popular series: Fast shipping within 24 hours.
- Deep customization/engraving works: Meticulous production within 5-7 business days.
Note: Overall delivery time may be adjusted during peak seasons.
Service Notes
- Expedited service does not support delivery to post offices or military bases.
- Logistics time is estimated by the carrier; extreme weather/force majeure may cause delays.
