How long does it take from order placement to delivery?
The estimated process includes:

Customer-requested revisions, delayed design approval, holidays, customs clearance, or carrier delays may extend the delivery time.
What materials are used? Is it safe?
ChronoFig figurines are produced using high-quality materials suitable for full-color 3D printing.
The material allows us to reproduce detailed shapes, colors, clothing, facial features, and accessories while maintaining a solid finished structure.
Please note that personalized figurines are decorative collectibles and are not intended for use as children's toys.
Will the finished figurine look exactly like the 3D preview?
The approved 3D preview is the primary reference used for production.
We aim to reproduce the approved design as closely as possible. However, slight differences in color, surface texture, fine details, or finish may occur due to the characteristics of the 3D printing and finishing process.
Major visible design elements will follow the approved preview.
Is my figurine created entirely by AI?
No. AI and digital tools may assist with parts of the initial design process, but they do not replace our 3D artists.
Each model is professionally reviewed and manually refined by our 3D artists, including adjustments to facial features, proportions, clothing, colors, accessories, structure, and printability.
The final printable model is prepared and checked by our team before production.
What kind of photo should I upload?
For the best results, upload a clear, well-lit photo with visible facial features, hairstyle, clothing, and accessories.
Front-facing or mostly front-facing photos are recommended. Avoid blurry images, heavy filters, strong shadows, or photos where important details are covered.
If one photo does not show everything clearly, you may provide additional reference photos.
