Ownership of Website Content
Unless otherwise stated, all content available on the ChronoFig website, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, product images, illustrations, videos, website design, software, original 3D designs, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by ChronoFig.
The Content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Content only for personal, non-commercial purposes related to browsing, purchasing, or using ChronoFig products and services.
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display substantial portions of our Content
- Modify or create derivative works from our Content for commercial purposes
- Use ChronoFig trademarks, logos, or brand names in a misleading or unauthorized manner
- Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, watermark, or proprietary notices
- Use our Content in a way that falsely suggests affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from ChronoFig
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Customer-Provided Photos and Materials
You retain any rights you may have in photographs, images, artwork, logos, or other materials that you upload or provide to ChronoFig.
By submitting such materials, you grant ChronoFig a limited, non-exclusive right to use them only as reasonably necessary to:
- Process your order
- Create your personalized 3D design
- Prepare previews and revisions
- Produce your customized figurine
- Perform quality control
- Provide customer support
- Resolve order-related issues
You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful authority to provide the materials you submit to us.
ChronoFig does not automatically acquire ownership of customer-provided photographs or other reference materials.
We will not intentionally use identifiable customer photos or personalized designs for public advertising, social media, portfolio displays, or promotional purposes without separate permission.
Customer Reviews and Public Submissions
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, or other content specifically for public posting or promotional use, you grant ChronoFig a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use that submitted content for operating and promoting our services, subject to applicable law.
This does not apply to private materials submitted solely for customization purposes.
Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement
If you believe that content or a product available through ChronoFig infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at:

Please include:
- Your full name and contact information
- Identification of the intellectual property right you believe has been infringed
- Information showing that you own or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner
- The URL or other clear identification of the allegedly infringing content or product
- A description of why you believe the content infringes your rights
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate and submitted in good faith
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to review the claim.
ChronoFig reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content where we reasonably believe it infringes applicable intellectual property rights.
